Richard J. Rotole

Richard J. Rotole focuses his practice on litigation, negotiation, and settlement of complex family law disputes involving such issues as divorce, parental responsibility, spousal maintenance, child support, division of property, prenuptial agreements, and paternity matters. Mr. Rotole also handles plaintiff's personal injury cases, including cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slips and falls. He also maintains an active and well respected mediation practice assisting lawyers and parties to divorce in amicably resolving their family law cases with an impressive number of settlements. He is a well respected Arbitrator known for his thoughtful and fair awards.
In addition to his energetic and tireless representation of clients, Mr. Rotole is a frequent lecturer and author on family law topics and a member of several prominent legal organizations. In recognition of his work, Martindale-Hubbell has awarded Mr. Rotole its prestigious AV Pre-eminent Rating, indicating preeminence in his field of practice since 1997. He has also been selected for inclusion to Colorado Super Lawyers for six consecutive years. He is named one of the Top 100 Colorado Super Lawyers for 2012. He is named one of the Top 100 Colorado Trial Lawyers for 2011 and 2012 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
