Richard J. Rotole

Richard J. Rotole focuses his practice on litigation, negotiation, and settlement of complex family law disputes involving such issues as parental responsibility, spousal maintenance, child support, division of property, prenuptial agreements, and paternity matters.  Mr. Rotole also handles plaintiff's personal injury law, including cases involving automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, and slips and falls.  He also maintains an active mediation and arbitration practice.

In addition to his energetic and tireless representation of clients, Mr. Rotole is a frequent lecturer and author on family law topics and a member of several prominent legal organizations.  In recognition of his work, Martindale-Hubbell has awarded Mr. Rotole its prestigious AV rating, indicating preeminence in his field of practice.  He has also been selected for inclusion to Colorado Super Lawyers for three years running.
